Your new security token Welcome Package contains your new Security Token. Moving forward, it will be your key to signing in to ScotiaConnect.

Please have it handy when you register online.

1. Step 1 of 3 for ‘Login Details’ will ask you to create a new username of your choice. You will also need to create a new password. Please do not reuse a previous password. Password criteria are provided beside the new password field and will guide you as you type.
2. Step 2 of 3 for ‘Security Questions & Answers’ will ask you to select five security questions and provide answers applicable to you. Choose questions that you know will always have the same answer so you can remember. Yet also be mindful that you do not provide anything that someone else could easily guess.
3. Step 3 of 3 for ‘Token Device Details’ will require you to have your new Security Token handy. You can find the token’s serial number on the back of the device. And for the token value, press the button on the front of the device and a fresh 6-digit number will display.
4. Confirmation of success. Once you enter all requested information correctly, you will see a confirmation message. Then you should be able to sign in to ScotiaConnect with your new Username, Password and Security Token.

Once you register, you can no longer sign in to ScotiaConnect the old way. Now, you will sign in to ScotiaConnect at our new web address.
